Arrangements, Guarantees, and Payment
Food and Beverage Arrangements |
| All food and beverages must be provided by Riverwalk Restaurant. Menu selections, room requirements and all other arrangements must be provided 30 days prior to the function. All food andbeverage prices are subject to change, but will be confirmed 90 days in advance. Food and beverages are subject to 18% taxable service charge and applicable taxes. |
Flowers and Decorations |
| Our normal table setting includes a fresh flower arrangement in a bud vase. We will be happy to recommend local florists for additional needs. We ask that confetti not be used and that nothing be attached to the walls, floors, windows or ceilings. |
Guarantees and Cancellations |
| We require a guaranteed attendance 72 hours in advance of the function. We will set and be prepared to serve 5% above this guaranteed number. Full charges will be assessed for any function cancelled within 5 days of the function. A signed confirmation of arrangements is required 30 days in advance. |
Payment |
| Payment may be made by personal check, credit card, or house charge. 1-1/2% monthly late fee will be added to house charges over 45 days from the function date. |
